    Hi Mom (Pat),

    It looks like Texas is in very bad shape with regards to your water situation. I hope you get some decent rain, and soon!

    The Rio Grande is really low now compared to when this shot was taken a few weeks ago. I don’t know how people raft or kayak it now, but they seem to manage.
