This past Saturday I awoke to discover that winter has not quite given up on the desert southwest just yet. We had a couple inches of snow fall in the canyon early in the morning, but by mid-day, most of it was gone.
I’d like to thank one of my sponsors, Vortex Media, their Storm Jacket kept my camera dry as the snow fell. It works as advertised, was simple to use, and didn’t get in the way.

Wow…..
That’s all I can say.
My new favorite.
Breathtaking.
Ok, so I could say more!
Hi Kerrie! I’m glad you like it. Sorry I haven’t posted in a few days, but I’ve been busy taking photos. I hope you all have a safe trip.

Very cool! Glad you finally got a little snow and some interesting weather! Have you taken any photos that will work well as black & whites? Just curious.
Hi Phil, yes I have taken several photos that I think are excellent candidates for conversion to black and white, but that will have to wait until I’m back home.

This is beautiful, Adam!! As always, have fun and be careful!!!
It’s as if the clouds brushed the canyons and left a little bit of themselves behind. Very nice.
